It all started when I noticed how uncomfy most bikinis bottoms looked…
“While relaxing on holiday one summer, I noticed that bikini tops fit relatively well, but the bottoms were all over the place. Some bums squeezed, while others with too much fabric or terrible wedgies. This got me thinking about WHY?
Bras have long had 2 size identifiers: A number (e.g. 32) to indicate the chest circumference, and a letter to represent the cup size (e.g. B)
But for undies, we still rely on a few single size identifiers (e.g. S,M,L..). Given that our bottoms have the same elements as our chests, this almost guarantees ill fitting knickers. After surveying many women, I realized that this wasn’t just an issue for me, but an unfortunate reality for so many others, and no was on the market was currently addressing it.
That’s when I then decided to launch CYA to put women’s unique bodies at the center of the product design.
I can’t wait for you to give them a try!”
