How to measure yourself
General instructions:
When measuring making sure the tape is snug and not loose but also not digging into the skin.
Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor
Ideally measure yourself as close to the skin as possible
Mid-Waist: Measure at your mid-waist location i.e. 1-2 inches below your belly button
Hips: Measure at the widest part of your hips, going over your bum.
